Humidity Control Solutions (HCS) performs under the leadership of a woman that not only is knowledgeable and expert in the industry, but also a human being that serves as an example for her resiliency. Lisa Spickers has an experience of over 21 years in the cleaning and restoration business. Her humble beginnings date back to 1989, as an administrative assistant at Rug Ultra Clean, a carpet and upholstery cleaning family business, where she develop a passion for service. At Rug Ultra Clean, Lisa was in charge of the Water Damage Emergency Services, from the initial call to the project completion.

In October 1998, Humidity Control Solutions (HCS) is created to serve customers dealing with moisture problems that affected the Indoor Air Quality, causing mold growth and affecting the productivity of organizations. HCS provided an alternative to dry building structure and contents, and restore the property back to pre loss conditions.

LisaSpickersLisa Spickers is a firm believer in continuous improvement and education as the source for providing our customers with the latest trends in cleaning and restoration, for fast reliable service. She is a Puerto Rico licensed electrician and a Photovoltaic Licensed installer. Lisa also has the certification CEFI (Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator) by the National Association of Fire Investigators.

Lisa also has taken continued education in subjects such as business, health and safety in the workplace, leadership, negotiation skills, project management and team building development. In 2014 and 2016, Lisa Spickers served as a volunteer, in Mururi, Kenya, Africa doing electrical work at the orphan The Child of God, a project led by To Africa with Love (A Africa con Amor).

In 2015, she was selected to become part of the 1st class of SBA Emerging Leaders program, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. On graduation date, she was acknoledge for her leadership skills.
